I was wondering how people would feel in general if we took DAT with one of our 4th rounds picks. I could see him as a Dexter McCluster kind of guy, just a niche scatback toy that MM could create touches for (screens, reverses, double reverses), He isn't a great route runner but he has decent hands and would be a very interesting 3rd down option. I personally don't see why everyone is clamoring for a speed WR. Jacoby Ford had a terrific season with the raiders before he was injured, and ran a 4.28 IIRC at his combine. Along with DAT, I'd like to see a lanky developmental CB be taken sometime in the 4th, Desir/McGill. The Question: Do you think DAT would be a reach with one of our later 4th round picks?
