On returning to practice… It felt great. I was able to get out there today and just work. On how he felt after practice with his conditioning… I actually felt good today. Its just the speed of the game and some other adjustments and the playbook. (I’m) just trying to do my job. I think that’s the best thing, not force things out there and take things slow. On if the secondary is the best in the league… That’s one of our goals, is to be the best. We know there are a lot of other defensive backs and teams out there that are good too, but we were number one last year and we’re trying to repeat as the number one defense and the number one pass defense as well. On how long he’ll play Monday night… That’s up to Coach (Rex Ryan). He knows I want to be out there. I will try to do as much as I can to tell him I want to be out there every snap, but that’s his call. On being nervous about returning to the team… Not out there in practice today. Yesterday, yes. When I came in here, I didn’t know how people were going to react and how my teammates were going to react. A little jittery yesterday, but now I am okay. On expecting the Ravens to target him Monday night… I think Monday night the Ravens will (come after me), because I haven’t been in camp, I haven’t been playing football for a while. I’m sure that’s in their game plan. They might mix a couple of receivers in there. First down, they may have Anquan (Boldin) or somebody else in to run a go on my side if they get me a little bit tired. On his performance in practice today… I had a couple of (pass breakups) today and then I dropped a pick. I bobbled it, it hit me in my helmet and I was looking for it and couldn’t find it, but I got a couple of (pass breakups) today and it felt good to get my hands on the ball. On his reaction to how his teammates received him… It was great. This is a close locker room. We always joke around and have fun with each other. I just appreciate them so much, for just accepting me and waiting for me when I came back to the team. On playing in a Monday Night Football game being different from a regular game… This is a Monday Night game, and I’ve played in a couple of Monday Night games, so I just try to do the same stuff I always do to prepare. Stay with the game plan for this week, watch film and be prepared for Monday. On if he has a preference in facing a receiver like Randy Moss or like Anquan Boldin… Those are two different receivers. One goes deep a lot and one doesn’t. That’s when you have to change your game up and figure out what those guys do best. Anquan Boldin is an intermediate guy. They move him around a little but more than they move Moss. Moss is (used) more in the vertical passing game. Whoever you’re playing that week, you just study and (you do what you can with) of those guys.
