Kids do dumb shit. I found the "Colon hurting" headline more interesting.

So the "Bowles runs a tight, professional ship without the clown show distractions" narrative arc has apparently run its natural course.

Yeah because Bowles can control a tight end coach's kid acting like a moron on Twitter.

The path for some moronic Jets fans has run its natural course

The only issue here is the manner in which Cro replied in. I can't blame the guy for defending himself, but you have to reply better or not at all over social media; confront the coach in person about his idiot kid.

How old is this little piece of shit? If he's an adult, someone should IK his face. And I don't think he's ever getting near the Jets locker room again, so that heartfelt, in-person apology probably isn't going to happen. Dumbass.

And I see this thread going three places:

    (1) Blame it on Bowles
    (2) Blame Cro
    (3) Blame Geno

I guess he could ban family members of staff from the locker room, but it's hard for me to blame him for some sniveling shit son of a position coach popping off on Twitter.

I guess it fits the narrative arc of dipshit sports writers that smell blood in the water after a loss.

This coach should be fired immediately!

Not because of his kid's actions....but because he's the tight end coach.

certain things are beyond a coaches control, which is the point.
the 'circus' is the media, inclusive of social media, and the fickle fans who eat it up. it's not going away either.
one loss and the tone changes quite a bit....

This is obviously a shot back from you taking offense to the criticism by posters about Rex and his actions. This has nothing to do with the head coach. While the organizational chart has woody on top, then Mac, then Bowles I understand what you're implying.

The issue with Rex was that he let the inmates run the prison, because he wanted to be liked. Bowles is a MAN and makes guys earn his respect by proving themselves. Two completely different coaches and two different cultures. If you can't see that then you can't. But let Rex go man....just let it go

Oh, believe me, I'm more than ready to let Rex go and was two seasons ago. Criticize that fat prick all you want, but lets be consistent. The play on the field yesterday reflected very poorly on the MAN who "makes guys earn his respect by proving themselves" presumably to be at least competent at football. And that extended to the players, the personnel, the game plan, etc.

Meet the new boss, same as the old boss until otherwise conclusively proven to be true.

First the IK incident, now this? All in the first few months of Bowles actively on the job? So glad the circus was all Rex and he is out of town now. Oh wait...

Bowles is just one man...it'll take a lot more work to overcome the curse of the NY Jets.

    It ain't gonna change overnight.

Sure... it's a bummer we weren't able to get off the snide against the Eagles...so fucking what.

We've seen what we're capable of. I can't see Bowles letting the team get away from that very for very long.

Losing to Miami is gonna hurt a lot worse...if it happens.

No sweats on the flight to London!!

Oh please.... like both are in some way related. I think Gronk just scored another TD on Buffalo.
