When will people learn the difference between "resigned" (as in resigned from office) and "re-signed" (as in re-signed to a contract)?

Actually, from what I am hearing, "re-signed" was restructured. Meaning they saved a lot of money on that cap from this new deal. This actually might open up the Abraham deal even more so. Just a thought...
