All the trade talk has gotten my head spinning and then I to gave in to the possibilities. Now that some teams seem to want certain players here is what I would like to happen.

    1) The QB(Leinart) Oakland wants falls to four. If Mario is also gone we trade #4 and #117 for #7, #69, #101 and # 176. This works on point value so for moving down three spots we gain a third, sixth, and move to an earlier fourth pick.

    2) At seven (the Ravens indicated they wanted Ngata and he should be availabe) we trade to the Ravens #7, #103, and #211 for #13 and #45. This also works on the point values.

    3) Net result first round #13 and #29
    second round #35 and #45
    third round #69, #71, and #97
    fourth round #101
    fifth #138 and sixth #176

A loss of nine spots in round one , a mid fourth and a seventh for a second, high third, and sixth. There will still be a high quality player at 13 and many opportunities to fill needs while taking BPA.

Too much needs to happen for that to come close to being true. Plus, I think if Leinart is there, the Jets would take him and run, as they should.

I'de rather pick up an extra first next year than a bunch of lower round picks
