I just heard this in the car on Sirius, and am posting from my phone, so I don't have a link, but Marques Colston broke his collarbone. He'll be out at least a month. Payton said it happened in the final seconds. Perhaps on that diving catch.

Moore is probably out at least 1 more week with his knee injury. Huge bump in fantasy value for meachem. He's a big receiver like Colston and a deep threat. Moore is a slot guy, he's not going to see some huge increase in targets.

he was my flex in one of my leagues....fucker. i had a boss set of wide receivers with larry fitzgerald, jennings and him

my bench is alright though and the rest of my team will pick up the slack.

i'll probably just use pierre thomas (PPR league) and get about the same production

    We will see.

I cant find the stat at the moment but in the 14 games that reggie bush was injured Moore had 8 tds and averaged 80 yards per game.

If Moore is healthy he will be a stud

He'll be good, my point was that Moore runs totally different routes than Colston, and isn't a replacement. Moore would get a bigger bump from a Sproles injury because he is a middle of the field quick route kind of guy. Colston runs deeper routes and is a red zone target. At 5'8" Moore isn't going to do that. So Moore when/if he gets healthy will still be the slot receiver and Meachem will be the new starter on the outside.

The Saints are probably the most prepared team in the league for an injury at wide receiver.

That's because they have Brees at quarterback. And the Packers aren't too shabby at WR themselves.

Devery Henderson, Robert Meachem, and Lance Moore (once he comes back) will step up. The Saints must be thrilled that they dodged a bullet by not cutting Henderson this offseason.
