If I were choosing the coach -- I would want someone who won on every level. Thats why I hate Callahan, Fassell, etc. Are there any guys who wound up with losing records, who all of a sudden became great coaches. Bellichek of course is one. Anyone else -- who was 4-12, 4-12 -- and then SuperBowl with another team. You have to choose someone who has a history of winning. I dont like Marty S. -- but he does win.
