Coach Saleh running the stairs before the game last night

    Anyone see this? How can you not like this guy?



    Coincidentally Adam Gase would run from the press before the game indoors.

    Ok, how does this help in terms of coaching the Jets? Does he not have better things to do as a coach than this?

    Hey, I would like to talk to coach Saleh before the game about this, sorry he is busy running stairs right now?

    It probably helps him relax and not get so nervous/anxious. Another way of looking at it is that it could be a smart way of trying to keep himself from being too boisterous and energetic on the sideline. He's trying to get himself under control so he doesn't have to have an assistant coach hold him back.

    In the end, who cares why he does it? It's his life. As long as he is a great HC, leads the team to victories, and doesn't act like an assclown when talking to the media or off the field, I don't care what strange or unusual habits he might have. It's also a way of keeping himself in shape.

    I love this guy. I've been impressed with pretty much everything I've seen from him so far. Can't remember the last time I was this excited about a Jets coach. Can't wait to see this team actually take the field Week 1 rather than dreading every moment of every game like the last two years under our "offensive genius".
