"Unless Long drops into their lap, the Jets have no business taking a lineman until at least the fourth round. In the late rounds, they could go for OT Carl Nicks (Nebraska), whom Callahan coached, or OT Nate Garner (Arkansas), a late bloomer."

Has Nicks' arrest really dropped him that far? I thought he was supposed to go in the second round.

I don't see why it's a bad thing to continue to build the O-line. We may have filled a starting spot and maybe two, but our depth is still pathetic.

If Callahan is big on Nicks, the Jets will find a way to get him.

If Gosder Cherilus somehow manages to fall to the 2nd and the Jets don't take, I will personally drive down there and slap Tanny. He was one of the first guys they had in house for a workout. I would love to see him at RT next year.
