I think it's more punishment but I do think its a combo. Mangini did have Kendall staying at the rookie dorm, so it's not out of the norm for Mangini to send not-so-subtle messages to certain players if they step out of line.
Assuming he's not really hurt this is just more of the weak decision making out of Mangini that we have seen all season. Baker is the best Jets TE by far and should be on the field unless absolutely unable to play.
It may be a combo, but I'm just more worried overall with how our D is going to respond to such an explosive offense on Cincy's side. Chad Johnson is accounted for, and then you have Housh on the other side. It's a nerve wracking week to know that we're in a battle of the basement on the road in Cincy. However, there is a nice possibility that this is a week where we squeek out a win on the road. That is of course if we don't throw a PHUCKING FADE ON 4th AND 1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Its hard to play when you don't get the ball.....he's just tired from running up and down the field for nothing
As petty as Mangina seems to be at times, my vote was for punishment for daring to question assinine playcalling and piss poor coaching..
