This as up there with my favorite road games I've attended. If any of the guys in section 142 are here, thanks for a great game. Being in a place with the looniest, scariest fans in the world --- AND sucking the air out of all of them was a phenomenal thrill.

Couple of thoughts from the game:

    - that fake punt was not a good move. Up 14-0 in a defensive/field position game, with the Raiders getting a bit of drive momentum, there was no need to take a risk of giving them a short field.

    - You can't tell much by the performance because the Raiders are awful, but the OL and DL dominated the LOS.

    - Rex Ryan spends more time on the sidelines with Westhoff than any other coach. That was the most, yet least surprising part. We know he's a glue piece, but it's obvious he's having an impact on Ryan's growth.

    - Revis is fast becoming my favorite Jet of all time. That interception in the end zone was a remarkable play. He is always on the ball, he is always in position, and he knows how to defend the angles while positioning himself to become a receiver when the ball is in the air. And he's a top notch tackler.

    - I feel like we've said this a bunch of times already - this time it's real. Next week is the biggest game - it will show if we can get mad, and learn from our mistakes, and play a team that kicked our butts - from the coaches to the players.

    - And BTW- the Oakland fans are maniacs. I really have no desire to go back to this stadium.

    - Leon - ugggh - not even Shon's emergence makes this one stomachable.

    - Clowney at this point will force the defense to respect the long ball, which will really help open up the middle of the field for Cotch, upon his return. Somehow, we've wound up with a perfectly balanced WR corp (if Braylon doesn't drop balls like he did today on 3rd down)

    - Sanchez looked like a rookie in his 7th game. But at least Schottenheimer recognized that and built the right game plan for it.

Good to know that Ryan is leaning on Westhoff.
