Looks like this one slipped through the cracks...didn't see it posted anywhere.

    Per PFT:

I'm surprised that Washington got shown the door over Woodhead. I thought he had a real solid pre-season but I guess Woodhead's versatility was the deciding factor.

That being said, McNight and Woodhead are a scary proposition should LT or Greene go down.

Being talked about in the T-Rich thread. Sucks to see this guy go, too. Looked like he could play.

there is a major uproar over his loss in a few threads. He just wasn't important enough for his own.

Typical over-reaction. These are strategic moves. The players on the team for the second game are the ones we're going to war with. Don't get bent out of shape about these strategic moves.

Chauncey Washington reminds me of Charity Washington which reminds me of a raging cunt.

He would have been a #4 RB. He probably wouldn't have seen a snap all season. What was the point in keeping him if he wasn't a ST player?

Did you see the hit he laid on the PRer and the forced fumble he forced?

Oh yeah he had a few plays in that last game. Still, I don't think they were going to keep a player just because of game 4 when he didn't have much action the rest of preseason.

I have a feeling that he's not done with the Jets.
