Surprised by this move. Really liked him as a HC candidate but over an offensive mind (Herbert) is interesting.
Maybe it's just me, but I don't think this guys cowboy fuck it lets go for it approach on fourth down anywhere on the field is sustainable. They were 7/8 coming into this game on fourth down and got bailed out a couple different times on pass interference calls (questionable ones I might add). I can't imagine any analytics tell you to go for it on 4th and 3 from your own 18. Maybe I'm too old school in my approach to taking points and punting. For what it's worth, it's worked out pretty well for him so far. Let's see if it keeps working.

Im 3/3 on this game. Najee Harris to score anytime, Chargers TT over and Steelers live +6. Fun game indeed. I thought the Chargers were going to ram that ball in to fuck the spread.
Remember 4-5 weeks ago everyone was praising this guy as the best thing in the world? I don't mind the aggressiveness but it felt like last night it was an ego thing to prove it was the right decision over and over after the first one failed on the opening drive.
It's not an ego thing when you have a dropped TD on 4th and goal, a dropped pass on 2nd and goal, and a fumble on the 1 yardline all on drives in which they went for it on 4th down. Execute. The only decision I don't agree with on 4th down was right before the half. Going for it on 4th and goal makes sense when the other team is going to get the ball back because you're making them go 90+ for a touchdown.
i favor being aggressive most of the time... but the 2nd time on 4th n G failure i disagreed w/ pretty strongly. doubling down on alost points to lose more points... smfh... i mean I GET IT KC is powerful you want as many pts as possible... there4 you go the 1st 4th and G but since THAT failed? you MUST NOT come away with 0 pts from 2 1st and G situs thats criminal

Lol. Reading this thread first time. Apparently this guy has been doing this regularly. That's fine. I picked Raiders so good for my bet but why is this guy so aggressive all the time?
Got to tip my hat to Rich Bisaccia for how well the Raiders have played under him. It'll be interesting to see if he gets to be the coach there next year.
