So I made it to my FF championship (in my rookie season, I might add) and every little bit is gonna count against the guy I'm playing against. So my question is for the TE position. Who would you start? Tony Scheffler or LJ Smith?
Darn it. There I was for an hour leading up to the early games, trying to decide between Travis Henry or Ron Dayne for my WR/RB slot. Henry had been on my team since late September. Dayne was just picked up a few days ago. I decided to go with Henry simply because he was with my team longer. I would have hated to go with a new guy and have him suck. Well, what happens? Dayne scores two touchdowns minutes into his game.
I'm winning 99 point something to 88 point something and that is with me leaving Ron Dayne on my bench for Travis Henry. I also decided not to play Leon Williams. In his stead I went with Will Witherspoon. That has cost me 13 points thus far.
I'm getting my ass kicked. Eli didn't do shit. Steve Smith didn't do shit, and I had to replace Fred Taylor with another back that didn't do shit. Marvin had a nice day though, so that helps a little. Still got a few guys to go, but the score is ugly at 78- 41. Reggie Bush had a good day for my opponent and so did Chris Cooley and KC defense. I went with Scheffler as I decided that if Scheffler scores at all, he's a wash with LJ smith, so I'm happy so far.
In my league- Dayne- 23.90 points Henry- 10.75 Leon Wiliams- 24.5 Witherspoon- 7.5 Luckily, I went with Bulger instead of Garcia. I am winning and still have 5/12 of my team to go (Coles, Cotchery, Rhodes, Ware, Smith). My opponent only has Donnie Edwards, Gates, and Burleson remaining. Barring a catastrophe I have won another title. F Miami- post your entire matchup if you can (edit: you posted while I was posting; looks like you lost, but it is your first year of playing, so you'll be back)
