    As good as the Bengals are, as good as #85 is, I can't take them seriously because of this guy. He thinks he is being controversial, or that it's OK because he's just doing what Ali did, but Ali didn't have teammates. Maybe Joe Namath you say, but Namath did it once. This guy does it every week, and it's nausiating. OK, we get it. You're great. So what? There are plenty of great players in the NFL. Merriman is a great linebacker, I don't hear him every week. S............TF...........U!!!!!

    This is why I like Chad so much.

    He's like a playful version of T.O. While Owens is an asshole, Chad is just having fun, and everyone realizes it. He's a great guy, and I'm sure he will break some of those TD celebration rules this year because it entertains the fans, that's all he really cares about. He talks shit, but he backs it up week in and week out.

    You guys shoulda seen on NFL Total Access a few times the past few months DeAngelo (sp) Hall and CJ were talkin smack back and forth :lol: It was so entertaining.

    (BTW, the Chad haters might come and tell you all this BS...fyi)

    yeh he talks shit, but he baks it up.
    he respects Palmer and just does it 4 fun.
    i love this guy and i have him in my fantasy team :D

    well u dont go into the media and yell out that a good, but not great coner, is going 2 shut down a top-3 WR

    He's not the 1st smack talker in the NFL and he certainly won't be the last. So I don't see why you have such a problem with him. Besides he's just having fun and motivating himself.

    Honestly, Chad is my favorite non-Jet player in the league right now just because of this. He makes the game enjoyable for the fans and he can really back it up, being one the best receivers in the game.
