hes finally managed to kill one of our recievers.. THe thing i dont understand is he zips a pass to mcCareins on a line with out even stepping into the through but everytime he steps into any of his throws the ball sails like it has a pair of wings, almost like he intenionally puts air under the ball. I still believe he currently gives us our best chance to win but maybe the past couple seasons have put forward in clear view that our previous offensive struggles had to do just as much with chad as it did paul hackett. Hacketts was terrible at adjusting to players strenghts and being to conservative but now its obvious he was just tailoring the offense to best suit chads arm strength.
at the end of the night, see how many points he actually puts up on the board. so far, he's the worst of the 4 guys. mangini's rotation is just window-dressing. :shit: clemmins should start, with bolly as the #2. over/under on the egg just went from games to downs on betting boards.:jets:
I agree, especially from a mobility standpoint. This line is a work in progress. Progress needs time, and Pennington doesn't have too much time left if he keeps getting hit like this each week.
You're kidding right? First of all you can't spell Clemens properly, and anyone that thinks Bollinger is better than Pennington needs their head examined. Chad could only have 1 arm and be better than Brooks because he has what it takes upstairs.
LOL...Chad did surprise me with his twenty yard (I hesitate to use the term "bullet"), but he did get it in there somewhat.
i'm used to it. remember when some us tried to tell the homers that herm and dumbway had gravy-trained tuna's leftovers into the playoffs? i said that as more of those guys left, sooner or later dumbway and herm would be exposed. and jessie was right when she was the first person to call the egg " noodle arm". it's going to take more than one year to repair the damage, but i'd rather pick up a cut with potential to be the #3or4 qb, cut the egg now, maybe ramsey too, and go with clemens, bolly, and brad smith. why keep dead wood/arms around?
all the floaters are gonna get our recievers killed there not getting no passes in stride. everything chad throws them they have to sky for leaving them expose for big shots ala colles about 3 times last night.
you butchered clemens more than those skins announcers did dada... in toher words, really really badly, like, the worst ive ever seen
if anyone read today's daily news, the writers there made exactly the same points that i did yesterday. :rofl2:
Before opening this thread, Im thinking to myself "hmm..what could this be about"..and then I read the first sentence and cracked up. Even those that defend Chad have to admit..its just a matter of time that one of our receivers are going to get their bell rung and be out of the season. Passes like that are when you go to the kitchen...grab a beer...check for messages..and then sit back down to see if the ball has been caught or dropped yet.
I love how you all are ripping on Chad saying noodle arm and making fun of his injuries but if he comes back healthy and starts doing good again you are all going to love him and forget about the past. I mean give the man credit he came back from two major shoulder surgeries and he is "our" guy whether you believe it or not...
Somebody ought to point out those six good games back in 02 – looks like some fans are forgetting that Chad has an S on his chest. Don’t forget – I heard Moss say that he threw a mean long ball at Marshal back in the 60’s Chad could easily lead us to a four – maybe five win season this year.
