Just watching the Bears vs Packers game and Cedric Benson looks pretty good. Kind of wished we would of picked him up. He didnt necessarily have a great rushing game 20 carries for 80 yards. What was more impressive was he looks quick and he is a big back and hits the holes and doesnt delay so eventually he is going to bust a big run.
I poo-pooed the idea (I say poo-pooed because I'm taking a shit right now) of picking him up, but he probably could have added some umph to our runningbacks squad. I never thought our full complement of power backs would be Shonn Greene and Shonn Greene. I had expected Ganaway to make the roster.
Where was this thread last week when he got 13 yards total and 2 yards per carry? Don't forget Urlacher was playing beat up and the front line on the Bears was looking weak last night in run stopping. They are no San Fran.
