    Nice win today vs Virginia. A little revenge for that 48-0 embarrassment to close the Orange Bowl last year. Canes have a good shot to get to the ACC title game. Big game vs Va Tech coming up on the 13th. Bad thing is I probably won't watch much of it cuz Jets-Pats is the same night.

    Good win last night vs Va Tech. Defense really stepped up. 2 wins and a North Carolina loss and they are in the Acc Title game. That North Carolina game may end up costing them, 10 pt lead in the 4th and they lost.

    Carolina lost.

    ...that's how awful the ACC is. How in the hell does that sorry conference have a guaranteed BCS spot?

    Miami earns its first ranking in 2 years (AP)

    Miami stormed into the Top 25 on Sunday for the first time in more than two years. Having won five straight games, the Hurricanes entered The Associated Press poll at No. 23.

    And which Miami won a National Title, and should of went back-to-back.

    So the Conference is down, it happens. Look at how bad the Pac-10 is, and the Big10 isn't that good either.

    Miami, FSU and North Carolina are all on their way up, they're just young. VaTech is always consistent, BostonCollege is doing well, and GTech is a surprise.

    And Miami will be a Powerhouse again in 2010. Teams go through their cycles of crap seasons.

    The SEC is, and will always be the best conference.

    This year, the ACC is down - so the best teams from the Mountain West and/or WAC should get that BCS bowl bid instead. Utah, TCU, and BYU from the MWC and Boise State from the WAC are all better than anyone in the ACC. Hell even Ball State out of the MAC should get there instead of the ACC winner.
