    Idk, if it's a food heretofore unheard of (well, before 3-4 years ago), I think it qualifies as BS food.

    Kind of like Goji Berries.

    When we kids it was straw, blue, rasp and blackberries.

    Goji? Wtf.

    Although my older son loves Kale, makes it crispy in the oven, olive oil and salt.

    My wife uses it in a few of her soups, puts it in late so it doesn't lose it's crispness and it just about absorbs all of the flavors, really works well.
