I was thinking we could put all the injury news related to Sanchez, Slauson, and Cotchery here so it will be easier to post and catch updates related to each. From what I've seen and heard so far:

Sanchez- a calf strain? Said he should be fine to play next week

Slauson- knee swelling, had to come out of the game, replaced by Turner. He said that he decided to sit when he couldn't bend his knee.. that doesnt sound so good for next week

Cotchery- The most serious one, MRI tomorrow.. pulled groin, could sideline him for a couple of weeks.

Slauson needs to heal up fast....the guy has turned into a road-grater for the running backs.

Does this mean we see some Ducasse next week?

If Slauson can't go I imagine Turner would start.

He might be active, but won't play.

Nah... Turner will get the nod... but Ducasse will be active and he may come in on the heavy sets.

Yeah Ducasse would probably take over Turner's role as the swing backup lineman for a few different positions. Slauson has gotten better and better, hopefully if he's out it will only be for a week. Might be better to let him heal up for the stretch run during the season.

It's a shame Cotchery looks like he won't be available to take on Houston's pathetic pass defense.

That Cotchery play was one of the best plays I have ever seen as a Jets fan. Special stuff from him. Sucks he is hurt. I expect Sanchez to go and hopefully Slauson too. Losing Cotchery is bad, but luckily for the Jets the Texans have a terrible Pass D.

Yeah, I jumped out of my seat on that Cotchery play incredible second effort, incredible clutch I can't say enough how much respect I have for this man.

I'm hoping Cotch didn't tear a groin muscle. That might mean several weeks. I think Cotchery's production will be picked up by the recently silent Keller. Between Smith and Keller, the passing game shouldn't suffer.

If he tore something, he could be done for the season. Let's hope it's just a pull or strain. I have faith in Keller to step up as the "over the middle guy".. plus the weather is turning and it's time for Greene to pound the ball.

I saw on Twitter that Eric Smith hurt his ankle and Lowery had a "head" injury. Lots of banged up guys from this game.
