It's a good bet that either one of Ryan Harris or Tony Hills will be released as the assumption is that the Broncos will keep 9 O line and probably not 5 OT's. If Harris is cut then he might be an option. He's a 5th year guy who's started 34 games in this league. Was banged up last year but is healthy now by all accounts. Some scouting reports on him. Also looks like Jimmy Leonhard hasn't practiced in Denver and might not make the 53

Clearing the path to 53. The Broncos are expected to have nine offensive linemen on their 53-man roster. The starting five — Ryan Clady, Zane Beadles, J.D. Walton, Manny Ramirez and Orlando Franklin — are a given, and injured guard Chris Kuper is a sixth. Offensive tackle Chris Clark seems to be a lock for the seventh spot. Four linemen — tackles Ryan Harris and Tony Hills and center-guards Philip Blake and C.J. Davis — seem to be competing for the final two spots. Blake is a 26-year-old rookie who received a $453,600 signing bonus as a fourth-round draft pick.

It makes me wonder. How bad is Wayne Hunter? If we can take backups and get better production out of them, why even keep Hunter as a backup? I think there's pretty much 0 chance of us not bringing somebody in. This is definitely good to keep an eye on.
