Completions Attempts Comp.% Td Int QB Rating Fumbles

    34th in QB Rating
    34th in Completion %

Last three games 1td 8ints. We have the 2nd best running game behind the dolphins. The kid is killing us. If we are interested in winning some games this season he needs to be benched and let Kellen manage the game.

There not completing passes on 1st down and all of a sudden Keller has been awful. I think that it's no coincidence that since Keller started playing badly so did Sanchez.

This is everyone's problem. We shouldn't be as worried about wins right now, we have a rookie QB, we're trying to develop him, we have to suffer through his growing pains right now.

And I don't see what exactly you broke down, you just posted his season stats.

And with rookie QB's you almost need to throw stats out the window. I think you just need to let the kid take his licks and hope that he shows progress throughout the season.

This is why most teams don't start rookie QB's. Guys like Flacco and Ryan are the rare exception.

We shouldn't be worried about wins right now?! What the hell are you talking about? This isn't pop warner football, if we shouldn't worry about wins than they should just start giving away free tickets to all the games how about some free juiceboxs while there at it.

Were going to go through a lot of bullshit and bad plays from him, you have to expect this, the coaching staff has to continue to have confidence in him, because if we bench him honestly were taking like 10 steps back, let him learn he will understand, plus it doesn't help that we didn't have Cotch out there and Keller playing like an absolute idiot

The only number we should be worring about with Sanchez is INT's. what we need from this kids is to limit his mistakes and for him to figure out how to win. It's obvious that defenses have figured him out now he has to adjust and push threw this slump! I don't think benching him is the right step at this time.

Maybe that was an overstatement, but we need progress right now, from Sanchez. The wins will come, right now we just need to make sure he's not scarred from this. Benching him will not give him a chance to bounce back and recover from throwing 5 picks for the first time in his life. He needs to work through his problems, in the long run we will be better off.

The rookie setbacks i understand but the thing that bothers me the most is he STILL doesn't correct his mistakes from week to week.
He locks on to 1 reciever and if i can see it well, you know the rest...

It's the football 101 things that he doesn't correct that just drive you MAD.
How early in your football career are you taught to THROW THE FUCKIN' BALL AWAY !!!
You just cannot take a sack and lose 20 yds or throw the ball up for grabs in the NFL against ANY team!!!

There were a few passes that, now do not cringe, reminded me a little of pennington.....

sanchez' delivery of the ball appears to have lacked the urgency we saw back in weeks 1-2. he has tried to put touch on passes that do not need touch....

no need to fret just something that we may want to look at.

Yup, that was his only SB appearance.

So that's a tough comparison, but compare him to anyone else and it's the norm.

Until recently most teams didn't start the rookies.

*** edit, 84 was his SB year, even Marino didn't start his rookie year in 83. In 84 he was the MVP though.

He had one NFL caliber wideout today.

Besides Edwards (who he only met two weeks ago) the rest of the wide recievers this week totaled about 20 combine career catches.

Chad Henne's first two starts: 92 and 130.4 QB rating.

    Super Bowl!!!!

BTW, this was about Sanchez, not Henne. And you are on the wrong message board. No one gives a fuck about Henne here unless the Dolphins are in town.

look i understand rookie qb struggles. it is one thing to throw int's. but what happend yesterday is almost unheard of.

he literally could have had 8 turnovers yesterday, mind you this was against a depleated bills defense wasn't like we were facing the ravens or even on the road.

even the completetions he did have were braylon jumping 20 feet in the air and luckily coming down with it. the kid needs to sit until the bye week it is so obvious he is extremely overwhemled right now.

he better learn how to play in windy weather, if not he isn't going to win any games past october.
