    He'll be fine, he would have to be in a room w/ hardly no ventilation in order to actually fail a drug test with 2nd hand MJ smoke.

    Only concern would be if he smoked weed and he's trying to awkwardly stage his defense in advance. Seems like a harmless joke though.

    Apparently it takes multiple drug test failures to warrant a suspension, so I wouldn't worry.

    On the off chance that the drug test yields positive, then he still won't be suspended.

    Someday they will decriminalize pot, but the jury still out.
