    I dont have the specifics on the deal but i'd like to know for obvious (Revis) reasons

    Cowboys sign CB Brandon Carr to a 5-year, $50.1 million deal.

    We stole Cromartie it seems last year. Carr, Asomougha, and Finnegan all got better contracts even tho Cro probably had the best year last year.

    I guess that uncapped spending penalty didn't have much of an effect on WASH and DAL's spending after all.
