i hope they go to ESPN. Brady is a sad excuse for a decent upstanding human http://www.csnne.com/new-england-patriots/tom-brady-weighs-mcnally-jastremski FOXBORO - Tom Brady, obviously, is back in his position as quarterback of the Patriots. But assistant equipment man, John Jastremski, and officials' locker room attendant, Jim McNally, aren't. Both men were suspended at the NFL's behest after the Wells Report was released. Both have gone underground but, from what I've been told, the entire eight-month process was very difficult for both men and their families. I asked Brady what he'd like to see happen with them going forward. "I think that it’s been a very tough situation for everybody and it’s put a lot of stress on everybody’s families and I feel bad that anybody’s in the position that we’ve been put in," Brady said. "Hopefully we can just keep learning from life experiences. I certainly feel terrible for them that they’re not able to be with us right now." Brady spoke for about five minutes in front of his locker. A thick swarm of reporters and cameras encircled him. His comments were subdued. The NFL - specifically VP of Operations Troy Vincent - has to sign off on the return of McNally and Jastremski. The stipulation attached to their returns are: "Jastremski is prohibited from having any role in the preparation, supervision, or handling of footballs to be used in NFL games during the 2015 season. McNally is barred from serving as a locker room attendant for the game officials, or having any involvement with the preparation, supervision, or handling of footballs or any other equipment on game day.”
League office requested their suspension, aka they forced it. They also said they can't be reinstated without league approval. This is one of the worst pieces of "evidence" that has ever existed. They weren't suspended for wrong doing, simply because the NFL can do whatever they like.
Question Patriots fan, who is gonna start at RB for them this Thursday? I see a darkhorse fantasy candidate appearing.
Maybe if JJ and JM had that Colombia connection. I guess "Judge" Berman couldn't take time in his ruling to include a sentence covering all other Pats personnel.
The nation of Israel will make sure to feed some money to the destitute and downtrodden former equipment managers of Foxboro, the same way they did for the destitute and downtrodden elite wide receivers who had thrown women off of Florida balconies back in the last decade and were in contract disputes with the Patriots. Some hands wash other hands.
Dion Lewis most likely, he looks a lot like Danny Woodhead did, I've been a huge fan of his all preseason and with Gray gone and Blount suspended I'm personally predicting a big game for him.
It'd make sense if noone cheated and someone smoked weed, but I guess that's irrelevant, huh. At least when you consider not cheating isn't against the rules and smoking weed is.
I'm sure Brady and Kraft are taking care of them, but I'm sure they will be looking for a big payday from the Pats and the NFL. There will be a settlement and a non-disclosure agreement so no one will ever know how widespread the cheating was.
