E-Bo continues to be my favorite beat reporter. I had mixed feelings last night following the win, but he brings up some great points, and this morning it's a little easier to appreciate the win with 20/20 hindsight. A classic game between division rivals going to overtime...the stuff that makes it all worth watching...AND WE WON!

The glass-half-empty folks (aka "the darksiders") need to read this, and maybe replace "I" with "the Jets" -- or maybe even just "football" -- or maybe even just "life."

Then they need to read it again.

Then they need to read it again.

Then they need to read it again.

I am very impressed with how well Favre did this game. I remember watching him in the past in big games where he comes out over-amped and launches a couple of early passes into the stands.

His early passing stats in this game were excellent. In overtime on the first set of downs he came out and hit that 16 yarder to Keller with a great pass.

Favre really played within himself and was great.

Yep. Favre had a great game. A game that you would not have seen from, uh, you know who.

I loved the rest of that list, too. You almost forget about that list reading the nonsense the darksiders post here. Yeah it wasn't a perfect win. But alot good went into the win, and hey, it was a win against the hated Cheatriots in their house, their fans, their f'ing owner, of course their psycho head coach.

I love that he calls Gillette a "stygian pit." Even better would have been to call it a shithole.
