These are based on the uniforms the Packers wore in 1929 when they won their first league championship.

I thought our Titan's throw backs were awful, but those are worst, they look like they are a pool table team!

Yeah, they are dreadful. I especially don't understand the helmet. I'm pretty sure everyone wore generic brown leather helmets back then. Teams didn't bother to paint them or anything.
The Packers could have made their new throwback helmet blue to match the jerseys. A little anachronism would not have hurt.

Absolutely horrible. Of course, just because teams have this insatiable need to sell product to fans, that doesn't mean that fans have to go along with it.

If the Packers could have kept the circle smaller on the front of the jerseys it would have looked a little nicer. On their 1929 jerseys the circles on the front were much smaller. Unfortunately, the league mandates that uniform numbers have to be a certain size. Therefore, for those throwbacks, the Packers had to enlarge the circle. To me, it makes the front of these jerseys look like something we'd see in a bad superhero movie.

The black and white cleats match the tan, blue, yellow and brown uniforms so well.... Back in the depression I'm guessing people didn't really give a fuck.

That's probably the worst NFL Jersey I've ever seen...

The circle around the number really does it in.

Hey while we are at it why don't they make all football fans drive to the games in a model T.

BTW those Jersey's are fucking hideous.

I like the nod to their history.

Here are a few pictures from back in the day.

If you notice Mike Michalske has two different uniform numbers. He played with 9 different numbers throughout his career with the Packers (although it's not known that No. 26 was one of them). He wore 19 in 1932, 24 in 1934, 28 in 1931, 30 in 1932, 31 in1933, 33 in 1935, 36 in 1929, 1930 and 1937 40 in 1935 and 63 in 1934.

I hate the concept of alternate jerseys, especially throwbacks, unless they're worn in preseason. If there were some truly memorable or historic game and one team is dressing up like is fucking Halloween, that would really be a shame.

That being said, those unis are ballin'. All of them. A million times better that some of the red/silver/blue generic bullshit some teams have sporting these days.

Looking at all of there together, the Eagles Uni's might be the worst! we should make a pole and let Jets nation vote on the worst throw back uni's in the NFL!
