The Bills got beat up today. Paul Posluszny and JP Lossman both went down, with Posluszny breaking his forearm. They'll be hurting next week.
The Bills always play the Jets tough, but JP Losman wasn't exactly setting the world on fire as it was. Posluszny's going down though ... yikes. Makes me breathe a little easier.
The Jets defense needs to step it up BIG against the Bills next week. I'm not saying the Bills have a great offense, but the Jets defense has been slacking all season. They were great last season, why aren't they this season? There hasn't been a noticeable change really from last season. It's shown that our Offense can get it done, now the defense needs to get it done as well.
Watch out .... the last thing we need to do is give Trent Edwards confidence by allowing him throw at will against this team. At this point Edwards is probabaly a better option than Lost Man
Defense is still awful, but its getting better. Revis looks better with every game going by and is impacting the passing game as a Rookie. The line got pressure today which will build confidence for next week with another division opponent coming up next week. Vilma got free alot today, and it was good to see Schotty take the gloves off and do the shifting we saw last year. I still dont like Bob Sutton, we can do better than him.
Agreed, I think Sutton is on the bubble from here on out...just a holdover that we didn't need...Maybe Crennell will be available next year.
The bills are limping into this game...the Jets defense is struggling going into this game. Should be close at Buffalo...I expect Chad to have a good game as he has all year. Hopefully we can gain some chemistry on defense as we play these next two games before we face the Eagles.
I expect this to be a close game, the game got out of hand but buffalo has a VERY GOOD Defense.... Looking forward to seeing Dbrick against schoebel, seeing how he does after getting man handled last season..
the defense was great last season? you mean the jets defense was great? i dont remember that....i remember them playing uch better in the second half of the season, but they werent great. they beat up on some pretty anemic offensive teams.
