Seriously....I've never seen such horrific play calling in my life....I mean it's one thing to lose to a better team but these play calls....I mean it does really make you wonder if there is a conspiracy because these play calls aren't just dumb....it's like in order to be that dumb you need to make an effort to be.
This is what happens when you have a moronic coach. Just look at the Jets the last few weeks as proof. Or the Bills against the Jets.
60mph wind gusts might have something to do with the vanilla gameplanning by both coaches.. Imagine, stacking 8 in the box to defend the run on a day when you know the other team is going to run.. Brilliant!!!!!!
As awful as this looks, the Jets have nobody to blame but themselves for getting into a situation where they needed the Bills to win.
Any other day, I'd be laughing my ass off. I'm not looking to rationalize the Jets' pathetic season, but it does make me feel slightly better to look at the Bills, a team that once held first place in the division and now remain the only one in the AFC East without a shot at the playoffs going into the final week, a team that gift-wrapped a game to the Jets by handing Ellis the game-winning TD fumble, a team that is making all the wrong decisions today.
"Seriously....I've never seen such horrific play calling in my life...." Have you already forgotten the roll out call against the Jets which resulted in a game losing fumble? It had to rank up there as one of the most mentally challenged play calls since the Pisarcik fumble 30 years ago vs. the Eagles.
The Bills are idiots. Seriously. It's not just the playcalling (weather the excuse). It's more common sense. Getting into a shoving match with the clock ticking down and preventing a tying field goal try? Wasting a timeout when the Patriots have a 4th and 11 from their own 19 because the Bills had mass confusion on the field? Not being able to tackle Matt Cassel in the open field on 4th and 5 in the first half? Oh and Patriots are catching some important breaks but it's mostly down to execution. The Bills punt into the wind went less than 15 yards while the Pats' punt into the wind went 46. And the Seymour's backup has made the play of the game while Lynch's backup Jackson has no experienced players to back him up when he gets tired. We can hope for a miraculous turnaround.....
What I find amazing is that anyone is surprised by this. The Bills are a team that's not very good, with a coach that is terrible, playing against the most successful NFL team of the decade, in a game that means nothing to them and everything to the other team. Anything other than this would have been shocking.
there will be no miraculous comeback. god hates the jets and will make sure to do everything he can to screw us over at every turn
