I'm sure some people here are putting some bets on the Superbowl. I have lost a little money betting on the NBA (which was a stupid idea) so now I am going to gain it back hopefully on the super bowl. I am going to go with the Colts (-6.5), buying half a point, and the over 48. I am going with a parlay and it both hit I will make $55.00 off my $20.00 bet. What do you guys think and what, if anything, are you betting?
I like the Colts laying the points... I know the Palms has them at 6 1/2 but I'm hoping it gets down to 6 because I hate that 1/2 point. I always do props as well Some I will do this year are Pittsburgh/Montreal goals vs. 1st quarter points. I like the 1st q points ovr Thomas Jones will score a TD + 140 Reggie Wayne will score a TD +220 The Colts will convert a 4th down +170 There will be a safety +800 No score in the last 2 minutes of the 1st half +230 Desmond Clark 1st TD of the game 16/1 Dan Klecko 33/1 Joe Addai 8/1 Special point spread Colts - 14 1/2 (+ 250) needless to say I love the Colts to win big.....
I ended up doing the Colts (-6.5) and the over 47.5. Of course they only score 46 points and vinateiri screws me again with missing that FG at the end of the half.
