We found a great place to tailgate with super Jets fans! Redds Restaurant is offering a 'tailgate experience' where you pay $10 for all you can eat (great food), free giveaways (we got lanyards, bottle opener, t-shirts!!), a coupon to come back to the restaurant for a free pizza, and a place to hang out with a DJ, a huge tent, a football toss, cornhole games, stocked bar and other enthusiastic jets fans. Plus, we only paid $30 to park our car and got round trip shuttle service to and from the stadium (which is less than 1/2 a mile away). Can't wait to go back next week!!
No this place is legit... I went here for the Bills game coming from NYC. Awesome time if you're coming in on the NJ transit. The food and booze was awesome - breakfast station for the 1:00 games. Full bar, good prices, DJ rockin under this huge tent. i think this place had every single drinking game i've ever seen. Will defintely be heading back for the 49ers game this Sunday.
Its a great place and the gameday experience is unreal. checkout the website reds restaurant com I cant pot links yet.
You have a little more credibility than the other 2 persons, as their post count is 1, and their only posts relate to the promotion of their own business. I will definitely check it out for the Houston game.
For the record, I really don't own the place. I just thought this was a good experience and wanted to share with my fellow jets fans. Hopefully I will see you there. Go J-E-T-S.
They sell parking there too for games/shows. I went to Kenny Chesney and parked there and they give you free shuttle service the whole day in a short bus. Ate there after the show at 11PM and the food was tasty and plentiful.
Best Tailgate experience in the parking lots (if you aren't up to making your own) Tailgate Joe 35 bucks - great food, Kelso from Brooklyn microbrew -- only 35 bucks for the experience
Hi Mitch Enjoy your day. Also please share your experience there. I also want to try Tailgate Joe once. Is beer really free from 9 AM to 1 PM? I probably can drink 7-8 beers in that time frame.
Tailgate was great as always Once you pay the 35 dollar fee, all the food and beer is "free" from 9-1
How do they control who paid the fee when they give out food and beer? I know I am asking too much but most likely I will get season tickets next season and since I am alone, I will end up with Tailgate Joe every week.
you register and get a paper colored bracelet to wear. I've been to about 6 of his parties including ones in Jacksonville and Philadelphia and I haven't seen a single case of sleazy cheaters trying to sneak in and join the fun without paying. My guess is there are a few (like everywhere) who do it, but mostly the system seems to work. It's not like the cost is all that much (35 bucks) which most people who can afford to go to NFL games can afford for a tailgate
