Best perfomer at Auburn's Pro Day: Not Fairley or Newton?

    I think that honor goes to often overlooked DT Zach Clayton. All the pub went monster lineman Nick Fairley, while Clayton just plugged away and did his job. I believe it was the Ole Miss game where he chased down RB Jeff Scott 30 yards downfield, he doesn't quit.

    Unofficial results as of now:

    H/W: 6-2 1/2, 299
    40: 4.68
    Broad: 10
    Vertical: 33.5
    Bench: 28 reps

    And to top it off, he's a white boy, so automatic Chrebet syndrome :)

    Seriously though, I think he'd be a good rotational player, he's a hard worker and shows good technique. He still may not make it into the draft, but he's one UDFA to look out for...

    Wow... 4.68 at 300lbs is impressive!

    Yep. That was probably the second most impressive defensive play I saw out of Auburn last season after Antoine Carter's forced fumble on Mark Ingram. That defense didn't know the meaning of quit.
