Why did they put BSU playing TCU? Now we'll never know how good either of them are!!! I would have loved to see UF vs. TCU

I can't believe they did that. What a bunch of shit. Just goes to prove the NCAA is nervous about seeing these two upset the applecart and beat up on traditional BCS teams.

There's really not one exciting matchup. CFB sucks, imagine how great it would be w/ a playoff?

my only consolation is that I'm relatively young enough so that WHEN this finally happens, my brain won't be too deteriorated to enjoy it. And after the first year's receipts are tallied up, everyone is going to be kicking themselves for not doing this since the beginning....a college FB playoff would be its own printing press for money

They all suck. The TCU vs. Boise should be exciting though and the UT vs. Bama you have to watch..

I love College Basketball and I will defend it vs. CFB all day BUT as great as the NCAA Basketball Tourney is it would be dwarfed by a football Tournament.

It's the only way the BCS can avoid having TCU, Boise and Cincinnati all defeat the supposed powerhouse conferences so they can justify continuing to shut everyone else out of the BCS Championship.

TCU should be playing Florida. Cincy should have gotten Boise St.

Absolutely, and that's due to the simple fact that football is much more popular than basketball.

No intriguing games?? Are you people serious?? Compare this slate to last season and tell me there are no games to be excited about.

Undefeated Davids playing each other for the right to stake a claim to the mythical title? Florida stuck trying to play the spoiler to an upstart national power? Or maybe the simple fact that we have a battle of undefeateds in the BCS title game for the first time since '06, aka the greatest championship game ever played?

No games to watch? I'm sorry, but you all sound to me like a bunch of fair-weather crybabies that are just upset because the one particular game you wanted didn't happen. Not that any of you would have even watched it anyway.

People are just a little shell shocked...Give it time and the hype will come back.

I'm going to watch all of these, except for the Iowa game probably. Will be rooting for Georgia Tech to win, though.

The BCS does not want another Utah-Alabama beating. If TCU & Boise both beat BCS schools, and remained undefeated, that would place more criticism on the already biased system. So the non-BCS schools are pushed aside to play each other to minimize the criticism to the system. It is an absolute joke.

My vote goes to TCU vs Boise

I voted for the Rose Bowl. A couple of exciting quarterbacks facing off in what should be a shootout.

There's not one intriguing matchup. 'Bama vs. texas is a mismatch on paper, I don't care about seeing 2 David's face off, if they faced big time programs that would be different.

The only reason the UF game is interesting is b/c it's the last game for Tim Tebow, they will throttle Cincy if they take the game seriously.

It's a borefest as usual b/c the college bowls suck.

So you're saying if it were TCU vs. Florida you wouldn't say the same thing about the Gators? On paper they would annihilate the Horned Frogs, probably worse than Cincinnati. Not to mention it creates a Cinci vs Boise matchup, which you'd probably ignore anyway.

For someone who loves college basketball so much, it's surprising that you always cast such a shadow of hate over the bowl season. Just think of it like the first round of the NCAA tourney, a bunch of teams that you know little about playing each other, some match-ups much closer than others.
