Should be a no brainer... Vernon Davis shouldn't have fell this far but I forgot that he didn't go to St. Louis like I thought he had... I made the oppisite mistake with Laurence Maroney so it happens sometimes. I'm sorry guys.

I have seen him fall this far in some mocks so if he doesn't have the out of this world workout like we are expecting he could last up until 24. He is undersized and not much of a blocker so maybe teams like the 49ers, Cardnails, Rams, etc. will take that into mind.

I dunno, I think its would be overkill. Theyre already stacked with Johnson, Housh, Henry, and Washington...so much so that they had to dump Henry. And Palmer did pretty well, I dont think he needs any additional help. So even though hes fallen this far, IMO hell fall further. Id go with Ko Simpson to address their defense. Simpson or Bunkley

Vernon Davis, just because he shouldn't of fallen this far at all, and Shobel's not such a good TE.

It's no big deal at all, because after the Vikings I don't think he would've won the Cowboys, Chargers, or Chief polls because they have Witten, Gates, and Tony and then the Pats had taken TEs the past two years very high. The only place I could've seen him going was Denver, but Kiwi was a good pick for them too.

Why would they draft him?? Carson Palmer managed 30 some TDs this past season with the talent they had, whereas their defensive unit underwent some struggles. Their offense is stacked, theyre fine there. But they really need upgrades along the dline and at safety

Well the Bengals primary need is at DT and DE but since the available players aren't that good, they might as well go for Davis since he is obviously the best player available.

Because Carson Palmer might not be ready for the season opener and although Jon Kitna is good he could use another weapon well. Also with Johnson and Housh monster deep threats that means a top tier TE will have a lot of room for runs after catches. This kid is faster then Gates and should have a few 70 yard catch and runs this season. You know how much everyone on this board whines about how much we need a TE... and when you have a talent like this still on the board while TE-less you need to take him.

Youboty is who I picked, they really only need a blocking TE to give time for their awesome recieiving core. Shobel does a good job with that

They need a tight end more than anything so I think they pick Vernon Davis
