Maybe Rex will calm down with all these superbowl predictions now.

that's unfortunate...he was showing some nice ability from what i've read.

    I hope he lands somewhere.

If he passes through they can add him to the Practice Squad come time for the season, no? Might as well throw a different body in there to see if they can find some lightning, if not hopefully they'll bring him back for the PS.

IF the Jets cut 2 and signed 1, that leaves 1 open roster spot.

I wonder if this is in anticipation of Mr. Revis' imminent arrival?

Isn't Revis still taking up a roster spot? He's still under contract.

Yeah, he's definitely under contract. However, don't players who haven't passed the conditioning test not count in the training camp limit?

Yes, he still counts as a roster spot unless the Jets cut/trade him.

If you feel bad for Kevin Basped because he just got cut, read his life story. Wow. http://es.pn/9odQTv . #HardKnocks

prime has really picked up his game since changing his name and that cheesy avatar.

keep up the good work and you might be accepted into the 17a tailgate.

You keep saying this, but I am pretty sure you have that wrong. Revis doesn't even show up on the Jets roster at NFL.com, and at the Jets' site, he is listed seperately under "did not report" along with Ainge.

Wow, once again another reminder to be grateful for the people you love being around because that is a gift.

Hopefully Basped can get into coaching somewhere if his playing days are over because of his knees. His story and experiences would be powerful to young kids.

I know you're joking, but come on. The kid not only came across as humble and with his head on straight, but also looked to have enough talent to earn himself a roster spot.

True, life isn't fair. Doesn't mean you can't feel for a kid who caught a really bad break.
