Wow that calvin kid has ridiculous hands. I'd love him on our team.

Did we not just get a QB....a QB that alot of people say was a steal?

After this season all our QB issues will be said and done.
    Does Chad stay?
Can Ramsey actually be a solid QB?
    What happens with Bollinger?
Can Clemmens come in and be our QB?

I think after this season QB wont be our issue. We will be looking more towards WR or RB. Send Quinn somewhere else.

Calvin Johnson, we didnt draft a qb so high this year to draft another one next year no matter how good Brady is.

Usually the best way to show that the QB issue will be solved isn't to raise 4 really valid questions that very likely won't be answered by next season.

If we finish in position to draft Quinn or Johnson it suggests to me that neither Ramsey nor Pennington can get the job done. Which means that it's really up to Clemens vs. Quinn. And I would choose Quinn in that comparison 10 times out of 10.

Poor jtrain, he's one of sad souls that just can't think of anything but the draft. Pretty soon he will be off to that underground colony where they live during the football season.

Either Johnson or Jarrett for WR or Peterson or Bush at RB would be smart choices next season if we're in the position to draft one of the 4. Brady Quinn would be a stupid pick. He's a product of the system. Nice Freshman and Sophmore seasons right?:drunk:

Gotta think Calvin Johnson is a better prospect for the simple fact that Calvin had Reggie Ball throwing to him and Jarrett had Matt Leinart plus a monster backfield plus another talented wide out opposite of him. Calvin did his thing with less.

The only scenario we would ever take Quinn under is if Clemens had a career ending injury, and Pennington did not come back. Otherwise, there is ZERO chance we take Quinn. We have our future QB, whether you like Quinn better or not. He will never ever be a Jet draft choice.

How is Brady Quinn a freak of nature? Freak of nature are player like Jeven Kearse, Julius peppers, Reggie Bush, Randy Moss, etc. and etc.

I would like the Jets to have a shot at either Calvin Johnson or Adrian peterson. Jets can't give up on a 2nd round pick with out giving him a legit shot. These 2 players are extremely talented and has been making upper classmen players look like fools from their freshman years.

He seems to be focusing on Quinn and Johnson to the point where they both will dissapoint no matter what.....

The highlight film on GA tech's web site doesn't even show his best catch. If you haven't seen it here it is:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wXRqyjzyBRg&search=calvin johnson

I think it is the best catch I have ever seen.

Also, I am a huge GT fan and he has said for the past two years that he promised his Mom that he would stay all four years. Maybe the chance to be the second pick in the draft might change that.
