I think it is. I was offered James Hardy and DeAngelo Williams for Kevin Smith and Cotchery. This is my team for my money league. It is a 12 team league. QB: Hasselbeck Edwards Warner WR: A. Johnson Colston Cotchery Moss Muhammed Hester Limas Sweed RB: Barber Kevin Smith Selvin Young Julius Jones TE: Keller K: Bironas DEF: Jax
I wouldnt deal with that offer. You dont get enough of an RB return to give up cotch who will have a career year (if he stays healthy) Knock on wood. and Smith will be starting in detoit in a few weeks, while Williams will be playing second fiddle to Stewart in a month. By the way you have a pretty good squad. By moss I assume you me Santana? as opposed to Randy? at least thats the inference based on the location he is placed on the list...
Yea, Santana. I am worried about Keller, though..I waited a while to draft a TE, and some dope took 3 TEs in the first 10 rounds.
He was the NCAA rushing leader last year from UCF. Drafted in the 3rd round by the Lions. He is a work horse RB. A nice pickup in the later rounds for any fantasy team. http://www.mlive.com/lions/index.ssf/2008/08/hes_not_barry_but_lions_smith.html
yeah, kevin smith will be a legit feature back and looked sick in preseason...and i dont have to explain cotchery
Drew Brees/Willie Parker/Cotchery for Brady/TJones/Roydell Williams? I'm the one with brady and desperate to get rid of him...if i offer this does the other guy have a chance of accepting?
I rejected the trade. And this was the bitter response they sent: BTW, Hasselbeck is my starting QB..Edwards is on my bench Trent Edwards was in your starting line-up. Brett will be horrible in NY I'm a Lions fan so I wanted Smith in the deal. For you to say he will be better then DeAngelo Williams is laughable. Again. I'm a Lions fan I hope you are right. It was a fair offer. Anyways good luck with Smith. He will be OKAY. Your NYJ reciever will not be so lucky. New system and new surroundings for Brett. Not good. So give me Edwards and Smith in a deal then. I will take my recivers QB.
Here is the new offer: Felix Jones Bryant Johnson J.T. O'Sullivan --LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL FOR Kevin Smith Trent Edwards
I work with a die-hard Lions fan (yes, I can't believe they exist either)...and his porchlight isn't that bright either. This response looks like something he would write.
that's the first time in my 8 years of playing fantasy football...that i've seen somebody draft the Detroit Defense.
