I know that CBS and nfl.com listen Coleman as the starter but a couple of articles this morning said that Strait started over Coleman... Anyone know why Strait started?

I think Strait was at at the nickel, not at safety because I don't think barrett started.

Strait did start at FS. Mangini said he had a great week of practice and wanted to reward him. However, Coleman did end up playing alot

Seems like Strait just earned the start with his play in practice this week.

How the hell do you like that?

ANYONE on this team is given a second chance to prove themselves.

A few weeks ago, Strait was traded. Now, he gets the chance to start after impressing Mangini.

Mangini is a true genius. This can only serve as an example to the team. "Do what you are asked to do, and we will give you the shot you deserve."

Whereas the Giants go in the other direction, and bench or handcuff their best players at the most critical times in a game.

    I LOVE this new regime!
