Posted this in the Jets Experience forum, but apparently hardly anyone looks at that one. I've seen this decrepit franchise in 28 stadiums, Jacksonville will be 29, I've had the tickets for a few months so no backing out now! If any of you are making your way down there, or live in the area, let me know if you want to meet up. Going down with one of my sons and a few friends.
I will be there with my son. My daughter lives in St. Augustine so was an easy call which game to go to this year (we try to go to a road game each year). I thought we would still be competitive this year, I guess next year I need to book before week 4 to make sure game means something.
I apologize in advance that you are subjecting yourself to one of the worst games imaginable. Props to you. I refuse to go to any games these days.
I'll be there with my kids, heading over Saturday. Anyone know which are the better breweries let me know.
Bold City is right by the stadium.... Intuition Ale Works is another (actually closer). If you're staying at the beach, go to Engine 15 on Atlantic.
I haven't been to a home game since 2016. Actually, first game of 2017, flat out refuse to ever go there again as long as Woody Johnson owns the team. Gave up my season tickets, gave up my PSL, haven't been back since. So I hear you. Funny guys. It's become about seeing them in every stadium at this point, only three left after this one, and then a few that moved (raiders, Chargers, Rams) And then I'll be done with this nonsense.
My home town football team Carlisle Utd got bought by the Piatak family who own Magellan Transport Logistics, based in Jacksonville. Absolutely no interest or relevance to the thread but what the hell eh, it's the only Jacksonville knowledge I have
