Hey, its Bill Maher as a suprise poster!!!! I know where you are coming from and I am with you 100%. Just wait for Church groups to show up in the UD. You wait.
Thanks, I try to. These are tough times right now, my grandma is 100, my dad is 80 and my dog is 12, none doing too great at the moment.
That's pretty amazing your 80 yr old Dad still has his mom around. That's good genes Try to enjoy all the time you have left and think of all the good memories.
That's exactly where I'm at right now. It's actually my mom's mom, but my dad's father lived to 95 as well. So yeah, a bunch of tough old Italians that ate right, I guess.
You know what's not helping? Every time I try to leave the NFL Network on for a bit and get myself back into it, I can't go five or ten minutes without seeing clips of the fucking Giants and the Super Bowl. Enough already, they were 9-7 and lucky to beat us.
With training camp soon in full circle, I'll get more into the Jets upcoming season. These past few months I've been focusing on the Yankees. Hell, I barely posted here this off-season. Not on purpose or anything, I just didn't get into any discussions that were going on.
Could be your diet. This happened to me before the 08 season and it turned out I was just eating too much red meat, and not enough fiber. I would bet if you added more lean proteins like fish and turkey and leafy vegetables like raw spinach and kale you would be amazed at the difference. I made these changes to my diet early summer one year and I was wearing a Jets jersey in June.
The Giants winning ANOTHER god assisted undeserved miracle super bowl killed it for me I swear to god, starting NOW the vagiants deserve about 10 straight years of 1-15. The football gods need to knock that franchise down about a thousand pegs for the next 50 years. No playoffs, no super bowls...make them fucking suffer. Patriots too. We deserve it more than them.
Haha, I will look into this. Don't like fish, though. Agreed. Fuck the Giants. A 9-7 team who got there on a Hail Mary and a dropped punt, I will never be impressed with that team, sorry.
Yeah they got 4 SB wins vs our 1 so they are way ahead of us. In fact they are the 1st World Champion to play in Met Life Stadium.
Haven't had much trouble getting back into football, i pretty much live for it...i fallow baseball somewhat and basketball alot, but nothing like i fallow the Jets...This is the second season my daughter will be around for and im more excited that she seems to like to watch it wit me at the age of 1, but im due to have anothe child born in december and im hoping (he or she) will be born the year the jets go all the way...would be the greatest year of my life! Either way my kids are my everything and im looking forward to bringing my daughter to her first game in the next few years...i just love everything about this team and a bond me and my father shared before he passed. I am ready for this year to come! J-E-T-S jet jets jets!
I literally cannot contain my excitement for this upcoming season. Training camp can't get here soon enough
Not true, Green Bay played here in 2010. Either way, I'm not interested in ancient history. The Giants were lucky, that was that.
Attending various Hall of Fame weekend events will get me back into football mode after this horrendous off season.
