any interest in Jerry Porter?

    He has asked for a trade from the Raiders. Cap issues might prevent that but he might be had pretty cheap. The guy sure can play when he wants to.

    I don't see any trades happening this season with our WR's. This due to the new coaching staff.

    Art Shell also said its nothing more thana distraction that he isn't paying attention to so it looks like Porter is the only one that actually thinks it could happen....not the organization.

    Ummm, no. He is talented, but not talented enough to bother with. We don't need prima donnas here.

    to be honest porter is like a enigma he has talant but how many big seasons has he had? i think 1

    actually zero, he's shown flashes but is inconsistent...could be their qb situation, but at 2 first round picks nobody is stoopid enough call big al and ask.

    Not one but more like NONE guy, they traded for randy moss a early 1st rounder and napolean harris...that equates to jerry porter a 3rd rounder at highest. Javon Walker got traded for a 2nd and hes 3 times better than porter.
