Tough QB who will stand in the pocket and take shots. Strong arm although his deep ball tend to float most likely due to his release which is a little different. Solid accuracy, needs some work there tho, good leadership, tough guy... good mobility, can run it when needed. I like Wilson, not a top prospect but still a good one imo.

If he's on the board in the 3rd round they should definitely consider him.

He is indeed an inch shorter than I would like my QB to be - but, that also means he is more mobile. (Think Brady - he was never someone to make first down with his feet, even if his life depended on it.) 3rd and below, I'd take a shot if he's there.

Pretty much all traits that Sanchez lacks. It would sure be nice to have a QB not afraid of his own shadow and willing to take a hit.

There is a lot of upside with Wilson if he works out but a lot of risk. But I have no problem taking a flier on a QB in rounds 2-5. What scares me about a lot of these QBs is not the warts in their game but that QBs always seem to shoot up the draft boards the closer we get to the draft. I would not be surprised to see Smith, Barkely, Manuel, Wilson, Glennon and possibly even Nassib and Bray go before the Jets pick in the 2nd round. The only reason I am doubtful they will all go this is there is only a limited number of teams in need of a QB.

How about Tyler Bray ??? Okay...I haven't seen anything about him, but I noticed he has a quick release. There's also a QB from Arizona who was lighting it up this season ???

I always wondered why Tyler Wilson was never brought up around here. I have been following this kid for a while now and love his game style.

I have the biggest feeling we are going to draft a QB and see if we can grab a Russel Wilson type guy. Doesn't hurt at all and I think Tyler Wilson could be an awesome candidate.

Figured I would add a visual to your thread

Check out how many times he is nailed right after throwing the ball. Guy takes some mean hits, but hangs in there! Tough kid

Take Wilson in the 2nd round and we just may have our answer at QB

I really like the thought of taking Tyler Wilson in the second or third if possible. I think he has all the potential of anyone else in this years QB class and I would like to get a QB that has some real toughness. I see Tyler Wilson as being the Russell Wilson of this draft.
