i just read on AI, that the dolphines are gonna trade thier #1 to dallas, for both dallas' #1picks, which they report is below chart value, but agreeable to both teams. miami in turn will trade trade one of those #1s, plus a 3rd, to cleveland for anderson! wow! things in the AFC EAST, are really heatin up!
Anderson is an interception machine waiting to happen, and without the tools around him in Cleveland, won't be the same QB in Miami. So let it happen.
Bill Parcells has a lot of work cut out for him. It's not going to be more than just started in 08, in my opinion.
The big difference too is that Parcells is not coaching to aid in the teams turnaround. Tuna as a FO guy does not impress me, so it will be a while before the fish come around.
I don't think the cowboys want a head case like mcfadden, when they can get two players for cheaper and upgrade 2 key positions and keep Marion barber
McFadden runs fast ...until he gets hit. Then his little spindly legs turn to stone and he goes down. He is not Adrian Peterson by any wild stretch of the imagination...
One great year in a great offense does not make a QB great. Anderson will be harshly tested if he gets moved to a bad team in a division loaded with good defenses. This is probably a very bad move for Anderson's career, though it could pan out well for the Dolphins IF they give him the necessary support.
if you want gholston, you better hope the cowboys take mcfadden, cause then the rams will take chris long and gholston should fall to us...
Phins are also looking to land Shaun Rogers....Parcells and Bellicheat will be the thorn in our asses for years to come! http://www.mlive.com/lions/index.ssf/2008/02/dolphins_jump_into_rogers_trad.html
Well Honestly, we will find out a lot of things early on tomorrow. It appears as though we are going to see more trades not on draft day this offseason than there have been in a long time. We could see Vilma, chad, robertson, or Coles moved from just the Jets. Foxworth from denver could be moving, Shockey has been speculated, Kris Jenkins, Marcus Stroud, Sean Rogers, Roy Williams, have all been speculated to be on the move in some way this offseason. And I am sure I have been missing some of the speculation on trades as well. This would just add to the mystery of the situation, and it gets the browns back in round one....
Dear god if the lions want our number 2 or Vilma and a three, we better damn well not still be in competition for Rogers, he just isnt worth that.
i would actually be pretty happy if this happened. Anderson is overrated. He brought the browns up from the basement of the NFL yes, but he is given way too much credit for it and not enough credit is given to jamal lewis, the o-line and braylon edwards.
