I think this is stupid. My theory on HF advantage is the higher seed should always have played the same amount or more amount of home games then the lower seed at every point in the series. This is clearly the MLB rushing too fast saying yes to 2 WC and now trying to make the scheduling work.
MLB shouldn't rush the playoffs. If the world series has to go into November, let it be. At least give the wild card teams a decent series like a best 2 out of 3
