I can't make the preseason games and am looking to sell my tickets. Does anybody here sell on Stubhub? How do you do it? Do you get face value if they sell?

I am just wondering how selling on SH compares to selling on ebay and craigslist, resources I've used before.

stub hub works well.......i would reccomend it. its easy, just follow the directions. on the very top right of the screen, there is an option " seel tickets". choose that, and its easy from there. and i got face value from the site numerous times. if there are little tickets left, you could jack up the price and make a profit too.

The "Manage My Tickets" link is greyed out. I guess it's too early to post your tickets for sale?

Yeah, I doubt you get much for them. I got $80 each face Jets-Ravens tickets and paid $60 total with processing and shipping included from Stub hub.

Preseason games are good to give away to friends/coworkers who are going to bring their kid to their first game or something.

I doubt you'll get anything close to Face Value. The only Jet Preseason Game that people can make Face back is Jets-Giants. Same goes for the Giants.

"Can't make the preseason games" is code for "don't give a crap." Not criticizing. Just pointing out the obvious.

lotsa luck getting rid of preseason games--as some suggested just give em away and be done with it-------------or some others say put tix between 2 slices of bread, add mustard and down with your beverage of choice!!!

Put them on ebay and take whatever you get. Just checked the rams game and you could get $50 for a pair which is better then nothing

Jets ticket exchange opens for business on August 1st. Problem is you can't post below face value. Jets Preseason tickets SELL from 10 bucks to 90 bucks on stubhub. Remember sell is different from listed. To give you an example of how hard they are to sell as I have 4 tickets to the Eagle game. I sold my between the 40's row one sideline tickets for $80 each, with a face of $105. My mezz seats which are also sideline I couldn't give away so I am going to that game in those seats. Now Eagle fans travel to meadowlands and have a good team. Even then I see some 300's going for ten bucks. Now the first pre-season game for the jets is impossible to sell for more than the tax deduction if you itemize, that you either donate or go. Another suggestion I would have it to post your Eagles preseason on the Philly version of craigs list. My row one between the 40's first preseason game I have listed for 70 bucks with no takers. I am most likely going to that game too if I don't get at least 60 bucks a ticket. I have no clue at all what people do with corner tickets in high rows to the preseason, who in their right mind would buy them other than to pay 5-10 bucks a ticket and then just move down to a better seat. The Giants/Jets preseason games are being sold at face directly from Giants. Good seats too.

I'm not paying $50 a pair to line the birdcage, so count me out.

Besides, I've got my own tickets with which to line the birdcage.

My advice for getting rid of pre-season tickets is they are best with ketchup and a little bit of salsa.
