Would anybody else like to see Adam Archuleta prowling the secondary for us next year?

I think we have bigger worries than at safety, and I have a feeling he is going to end up reunited with Lovie Smith in Chicago...

I think Coleman and Rhodes can develop to a good pair of safetys. Just give them one or two years to gain some more experience

Adam ARCH would be a solid addition to our secondary. He would be a nice upgrade over rhodes. As just as long as the price is not to steep

right now he's an upgrade, for sure.

but it's an upgrade over guys we haven't yet fully sussed.

i think we should wait on Safety because we have so many young ones with a lot of potential. let's see what Mangini thinks of them and see if he can use his knowledge of the Secondary to make them gamers.

    cheers

then what was the point of drafting 3 safeties in the last 2 years...2 of them that start...so we can sign another safety and cut a potential pro bowl caliber Safety b.c he isnt developed yet...makes no sense

Uh, no thanks. Archuleta was always overrated, now he just sucks. We have a young secondary that I am looking forward to watching for years.

    He doesn't suck...he was a Pro-Bowl snub this year.

Youre retarded if you think Coleman is a bad player. He can play for real. I think Rhodes and Coleman is perfectly fine but adding a player like Arch would be a great fit...he can line up as another linebacker and we all know we had trouble stopping the run this year. Coleman has also stepped up and become a leader of this young defense and I think that is valuable right now. Also in response to DaJets408..look at what rounds we drafted Coleman and Rhodes..to me those picks are steals and majority of 4th and 5th round picks dont come in and start as rookies. So to find two capable starters in the 4th and 5th rounds isn't "wasting" a pick at all.

Adam Archleta is insane...he switched from linebacker coming out of college and I read in ESPN magazine months ago that he ran a 4.31 40 at some work out...he hits so hard. Move Rhodes to Free and Archuleta can take Coleman's spot

    Seriously, Coleman is overrated.

Our safeties for years to come will be Rhodes and Maddox. I was upset when they released Celestin, but Maddox if healthy fits the bill. I'd trade Coleman to the KC Chiefs for a 4th or 5th rounder.

We're fine with both safety positions. coleman & rhodes are very solid players who could develop into pro-bowlers

I agree that safety is not a big need, but I would like to bring in an upgrade like Archuleta over Coleman.

It was only Colemans second year. Hes young and hes only going to get better... cut him some slack.

Why go spend a lot of money on a position we dont need help at when we have so many other holes to fill
