His passer rating is worse, he’s thrown more picks and for fewer yards than I believe all of the above, all with having league average sacks given up and no evidence of having “no time” to throw.

According to this stat Pickett and Fields are far and away the worst.

The Butler did it. No, wait, it was Professor Plum with the lead pipe in the Conservatory.

yes major accomplishment that he plays like shit but there’s other QBs playing like bigger shit. His 54 percent completion rate 310 yards and 2:1 interception to td ratio is very impressive, we are lucky to have him

If I was a Browns fan I’d be pretty disappointed with Mr Watson. Didn’t they trade 3 1s for him+ gave him a gazillion $?

yeah another dysfunctional organization that has bad luck with QBs, sadly I have more faith that deshaun will turn it around than zach

All the guys mentioned above are better than Zach.
They have either thrown for more yards, higher completion percentages, better td-int rates, or all around shown greater upside and most of these guys are dealing with the same issues with bad olines, coaching, etc that Zach is. None of them have a Garett Wilson and Breece Hall.

So here’s what I would love to see.

I would love to see a game by Zach where…wait for it…anyone can look at the game and say, man he played great! I’m so sick and tired of having to sit through so many three and outs, settling for field goals in the red zone, and then having to see discussions where people try to point out the little things to show that hey, he’s making progress! Enough of that shit.

Just go play a great game already. It’s been 24 games and we’re still waiting.

If we have to go digging into stuff like, look at the improved footwork, look at this throw into coverage that was not TOO bad, look at why his 51% completion rate and 164 yards was really a good thing…if that’s where we are this year, then fuck it.

We have no option now, and I’m still surprised that we’ve brought no one in already…but man he needs to fucking show up.

Geez--he's starting at such a low level that his improvement, which there has been, has been to the level of average to below average backup. He won't reach below average starter until the end of the season if ever.

We do have an option--the guy who everyone agreed outperformed ZW in preseason because he was familiar with Hackett system.

NYJ should have the balls to start him this game after all week prep--you can bring in ZW in 3q if he totally shit the bed.

This is the balls that a guy like Brock Purdy got a chance--but NYJ are too smart for this.

maybe he can, if the coaching staff does the obvious and changes the starting OL.

having a back 7 on defense that doesn't miss a hundred tackles per game might also help Zak, not having to play from behind on the scoreboard.

I've been watching Fields, living in Chicago.

Fields and Zach both suffer from their inability to make quick reads and throw the ball. Its sooooo painful to watch. Watching the Browns/Stealers game I was like those are both much better QB play than Fields/Zach. The stats may have them in the bottom as well but at least they try to make throws and don't just stand there or immediately scramble. Some of the sacks/pressures on MNF were so fast I'm not sure anyone could have avoided them. I was also drunk so that made them look better too. Watson had some very questionable decisions if I remember correctly but at least he made decisions.

Man, you can thank your lucky stars on that one! If the Jets EVER did some lunatic shit like that, and the QB performed the way Watson has, there would be gallows set up in the stadium parking lot!!!! I'm surprised the Dog Pound hasn't "hazed" Watson by now! Those fans are "almost" as passionate as Jets fans!

Whew...can you see the "billboards" now? I sure can!
