http://www.csnne.com/09/19/11/Hernandez-MCL-could-keep-him-down-a-mont/landing_patriots.html?blockID=564923&feedID=6272 Maybe it's the Gator homer in me, but I fear Hernandez a lot more than Godkowski, so Hernandez not playing against us (maybe) it good (not that I'm cheering a player getting hurt, but I am cheering an edge to the Jets).
^ There's some speculation that he may miss 4 to 6 weeks. Rob Gronkowski is the best all-around tight end in the league. This is my opinion of course, but I think he's passed Witten. I know he's a running joke around here, but the dude really is a beast.
2 Gronkowskis on the field at the same fucking time!!!!! As Doc Brown once so poignantly warned: this could cause a break in the time-space continuum. Cats and dogs could be living together!!!
Interesting. Like I said, I'm a Gator homer, so I just think Hernandez is the better (or more dangerous) of the two. That said, I will feel better if you're facing 1 instead of 2 really fucking good tight ends.
I'm with ya on this. He's been a very good blocker for them and catches everyting throw his way. He can run all the routes and often beats LB's on deep skinny posts even though you would think a man his size can't run. The Kid is a real dangerous weapon and a red zone nightmare.
Gronk is more like Witten were Hernandez is more like a big wideout, we can hopefully cover Gronk but we can not cover Hernandez plain and simple.
Aaron Hernandez is out 4-6 weeks because Rob Gronkowski got mad he stole his targets and touchdowns. No one takes Gronkowski's targets and get away with it.
