Coles, Cotchery, & C. Houston are only capable starters that I see on offense currently. Maybe Askew at FB, maybe Ramsey can prove effective ?.....thats it I see. All the rest are capable back-ups...IMO.
This bites... Everyone is going to play, the only positions that will call for the same player is the QB position whoever wins it, the offensive line, vilma, barton, and rhodes. Every other position fresh players or situational players at any given time.
U look like some kinda weirdo.....Please stop replying ....in my posts.please  Your the only thing stupid here, you & your whore...mr/ms ?
run and gun i definately disagree with nearly everything you say. QUOTE"VINCE YOUNG IS DEFINATELY THE BEST PLAYER IN THE DRAFT" QUOTE anyway. This is a stupid stupid stupid thread. Are you saying that Curtis Martin is not a starter??? Alright, mabey he is on the downside of his career, but the man won rushing yards in his last full season for god sake.
omg i need to post again i just realised how stupid that post actualy is... mabey the jets should forfeit this season we dont seem able to play since we only have 9 players that can start... minus curtis martin... last i seen the man could hardly walk he didnt actually deserve the 4th rusher of all time because he cheated or something *sarcasm*
Honestly, I could see you saying that we need to replace much of our offense, but the fact that the players you pegged as solid starters were Coles, Cotchery, and Houston makes me think you have never watched a Jets game.
The fact that people reply to his threads simply reinforces him doing it. The next time Run_N_Gun posts a questionable thread, you must simply ignore it and let it go away.
Sorry Curtis but your 14,101 rushing yards and 3,329 recieving yards in your career makes you not a capable starter on this team. Even though you won the rushing title in 04, your still not capable according to Dumb and gun10 THIS IS SUCH BULLSHIT!!!
Well, considering he was posting a couple months ago that we should draft DJ Shockley with the #4 overall, it's not soooo bad.
Coles is a solid starter at WR (long term) A. Jones should do very well at left guard (long term) Kendall is a solid starter at C or G (short term) Pennington or Ramsey should do ok at QB (short term). Martin and Houston can hold the fort at RB (short term). The rest of the starting jobs on offense are up for grabs.
I'd add that kendall/Moore should be good for the short term at the guard spots(Not sure about Jones at LG. He'd get bull rushed to death) - Baker/Jolley/Dreesen may not be elite but it's solid long term - No problems w/ Askew at FB
