This draft is assuming that the Bucs trade their 1st and 3rd from this year Top 9 1- KC- Luke Jockel OT 2- JAC- Geno Smith QB 3- OAK- Sharrif Floyd DT 4- PHI- Star Lotulelei DT 5- DET- Eric Fischer OT 6- CLE- Dee Milliner CB 7- ARI- Dion Milliner OLB 8- BUF- Ezekiel Ansah OLB If the draft falls this way the Jets would have an option of both top guards, Lane Johnson, Mingo, Jones,, or Austin as the players of best value at #9. I think Mingo is nothing more then an over rated athlete. A guard won’t win you a championship and regardless of talent level aren’t worth a top ten pick. In fact last year 6 of the 11 top guards were on teams under .500. I personally like Howard and would like to see him get another chance which rules out Johnson. Lastly, Jones is a bit to much of a risk with his neck and lack of athleticism. Thus Austin is the best value pick left if the Jets can’t trade back #9- Tavon Austin WR- Setting up the offensive to allow a drafted QB next year to step right in. Personally I’d prefer him over Warmack because of his versatility, intelligence and leadership plus getting him in the 3rd is amazing Bucs 3rd – Cornelius Washington OLB- Don’t let his lack of production fool you Georgia screwed this poor kid to inflate Jones’ stats. HE can play 3-4 DE and NT. He’s big (6’4 305) and was heavily recruited out of high school but never produced however he showed flashes as a senior (10 tackles against Ohio St)
